· Eatout.co.nz currently has just under 300 restaurants
· Garry (Franchisor owner) listed on average 10 restaurants a month in New Zealand by himself - with no sales training!
· There are still a number of cities still to be listed. Geographical distances are a challenge here
· We employ sales reps who continue to list new restaurants each month.
· Having sales reps allows us to continue growing and building the business
Eatout-Sydney franchise hit 50 listings in its first 5 months of operation!
· Eatout-Sydney.com.au is operated by just 1 person!
Notes:
· 1 person running the entire business would average 10 sales a month. 2 people could average 15 to 20 sales.
· The first couple of months will be slower until you are more confident
· There are great incentives for restaurants to help get things going quicker
· The new site will come with 4 restaurants from another area already on, so it's not completely blank.
· Plus you will be able to offer 4 restaurants a free listing for 3 months, to help with the first few listings
· Listing price $85.50 per month per restaurant inc gst.
· Photos sold for $450 + gst - Domain names sold for $69 + gst per year.
· Monthly Eatout Fee is $14 + gst per listing. This fee may be reviewed annually by the Franchisor (as at the end of each Financial Year). The Franchisor may increase the fee however any such increase must not be more than 5% of the previous year's fee.
· Results based on actual figures from Eatout Ltd. No promises or guarantees that you will achieve the same
· The size of your area will determine the number of restaurants you can ultimately list

· We have done a very detailed net profit spreadsheet which includes a cash flow for each different area, if you'd like to see this for the area you're interested in, we'll first ask you to sign a confidentiality agreement and fill in our online Application Form, then we'll be more than happy to send it to you.
